Viva mi revolución, aunque no den respuestas

Antes que nada, aclaro que todo lo que poseo es por mi esfuerzo y por mi iniciativa. Puedo decir con orgullo sano, que no necesito de dadivas, ni de regalos, ni de favores políticos o económicos, tampoco los he pedido (disculpen la rabia). Pero si exijo que los organismos oficiales funcionen, que den respuestas oportuna y sin soberbia y prepotencia, a las gestiones que el pueblo hace en cumplimiento de su obligación y de su derecho. También debo pedir disculpas por hablar en primera persona, pero las circunstancias así lo imponen. Tengo conciencia que una sola falla no implica la generalidad, pero cuando es una gran cantidad de fallas, entonces la vaina está peligrosa, y más, en un año electoral.
Hablando con unos productores de caña de los cañizos - palo quemao, del estado Yaracuy, me expresan su preocupación, por que el central que es del estado (Santa Clara) en vez de ocuparse por que estén todos los implementos y elementos para la zafra, se ocupó de refinar azúcar que es traída desde Santo Domingo, poniendo en riesgo la cosecha de mas de mil productores y de cientos de miles de toneladas de caña de azúcar, la mayoría de las cuales es financiada por el FONDAS.
A estas alturas del año, una zafra que debió empezar en el mes de noviembre del 2011, pese a que las condiciones meteorológicas eran favorables. El día de hoy 15/03/12. No hay núcleos de cosecha, que saquen la caña y la arrimen al central. Este organismo no previó la zafra. Para ellos es más negocio refinar azúcar foránea que descosechar la nacional ¿será que allí hay un negocio para algunos? La excusa es que no hay núcleos disponibles. Esa es una táctica de ese central, para que la caña se quede en el campo de manera premeditada y alevosa.
Tengo conocimiento que en portuguesa existen una gran cantidad de maquinarias dañadas con detalles mínimos, que pudieron haberse reparado a tiempo para cumplir su función. Las mismas son de la empresa agro “Negro Primero” (DINERO DE LA REPÚBLICA PERDIENDOSE) más no existe la voluntad administrativa, ni política para dar solución. De un momento a otro, entra el invierno y los productores nos quedaremos mirando lejos y endeudados ¿De que valen las angustias y preocupaciones del camarada presidente, si un montón de ineptos no entienden ni cumplen su responsabilidad y deber? Claro está, eso servirá para que se siga importando azúcar en desmedro de la nación y de los productores nacionales. Cosas que será usada por la oposición apátrida como instrumento político ¿No será que esos funcionarios pactan con la oposición?
Si Ud. va personalmente al central lo que hacen es mentirle, burlarse y chao., si llama por teléfono al administrador Francisco Martínez, no le responde, al técnico de campo Carlos García, tampoco, si trata de que el diputado Braulio Alvares intervenga a favor de los productores, tampoco encuentra comunicación con este señor, si es con el diputado suplente, Santos Aguilar, tampoco da respuesta, el Alcalde del municipio Veroes, Cesar Silva, también es invisible. En definitiva, los campesinos, sirven para votar y no para solucionarles sus prioridades. Sus necesidades se manipulan para convocarlos a manifestaciones, pero hasta allí.
Desde el 18 julio del año pasado introduje mis requisitos para mi pensión por derecho, a esta altura nadie responde, parece que los desgraciados del SS botaron los documentos y no dan respuesta. He movilizado todos los recursos legales, incluso la defensoría del pueblo, y lo único que consigo es un silencio mediocre de ineptitud y arrogancia administrativa. ¿Cómo coño se hace revolución así? desde hace teres años hice la solicitud de la licencia de conducir en San Felipe y hasta el sol de hoy NO TENGO EL DOCUMENTO QUE PAGUÉ, luego a finales de septiembre del año pasado otra vez transito terrestre, realizó otro operativo para la licencia, misma que entregarían en quince días. Siendo hoy 15/ 03/12. No hay documento, pero si robaron a miles de personas que pagamos el tramite. ¿Creen que esas burlas, engaños, ineficiencias y robos, favorecen a un proceso revolucionario? Yo tengo mi convicción y mi conciencia definida. Esas trabas no me harán ponerme al lado de la putrefacta oposición, ¿pero y los demás?, esas mayorías que solo ven, sienten, huelen, y conocen, hasta el extremo fina de su nariz ¿Podrán entender las prioridades y el por que de muchos funcionarios “revolucionarios” estorban para frustrarlos y lanzarlos al enemigo?
Esto no es nuevo, ¿hasta cuando seguirá esta indigna situación? El enemigo es hábil, tiene recursos y sabe manipular la voluntad y la fe del pueblo. Ellos están haciendo su trabajo y son ayudados por los inoperantes infiltrados rojos – rosaditos. Cada vez que se denuncias estas cosas, los complacientes seudos líderes, dicen que no es momento para denunciar esa vaina. ¿Pero cuando carajo es el momento? ¿Cuándo se atacará ese problema gravísimo?
